SME Internet usage report

This report contains a breakdown and analysis of important points that should be noted from the Web Review Initiative (WRI), a consulting exercise conducted by Neutralize (*\*) on behalf of Business Link & UK Online for Business.
The WRI focused on SME web presences and what services were required to
assist them become more successful online. It aimed to provide independent
consultancy to companies already operating on the Internet but for one
reason or another wishing to review their position.
The data within this report highlights the key issues affecting SME Internet usage.

size: 39 companies.
